A bold brand refresh for Bear's BBQ Company, designed to increase recognition and expand into new markets.
BEAR’S BBQ is an award-winning catering and craft barbecue brand led by pitmaster Blair Tomkinson. The brief was to refresh the brand and create a flexible identity system that could grow across multiple offerings, from catering and events to custom smokers and BBQ education.
We developed a bold new logo and a suite of sub-brands to clearly differentiate each service, while strengthening overall brand recognition. A custom mascot was introduced to create a memorable visual link to the name and personality of the brand, helping BEAR’S stand out across merchandise, vehicle livery and promotional material.
The result is a distinctive, scalable identity that feels both professional and full of character, built to attract new audiences while staying true to the roots of authentic Texan-style barbecue.
